You may request to cancel your order within 3 days (72 hours) of placing it.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.

  • It typically takes 3–20 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • The exact timeline depends on your payment provider.

⏳ If you haven’t received your refund after 20 business days, please contact your issuing bank directly.


After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, we can no longer cancel it.

  • You may choose to refuse delivery or return the package.

  • However, any fees incurred (including shipping or return fees) will be your responsibility.
