Return & Refund Policy
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may request to cancel their order within 3 days (72 hours) of placing it. If the request is made before the order has been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Our general order processing time is 1–3 business days. However, for customized products (including colored hair, high-density wigs, or custom cap sizes), processing usually takes 3–5 business days.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will always try our best to meet the demands of all customers. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Bling Hair. If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date, we will process your return/exchange request.
Any request after 30 days will not be honored.

We only accept returns via the post office.
What does "returned in the original condition" mean?

Hair/Wig has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached, or worn.

Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is still attached.
Note: Customized service wigs cannot be returned.
FULL COVERAGE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If the return is due to our fault (e.g. incorrect or defective products), we will provide a full refund, including shipping fees.
LIMITED COVERAGE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If the return is due to the buyer’s reason (e.g. doesn’t like/want the item, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer must bear the return shipping cost.
GENERAL RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
1. Initiate a return/exchange:
Email service@blinghair.com with your order number.
2. Ship the item back:
After approval, you’ll receive the return address and instructions. Return must be initiated within 7 days. Use a tracked and signed-for shipping method.
3. Refund or Exchange:
We will inspect the item within 3–5 working days after receiving it. A refund or exchange will then be issued.
Note: Remote area surcharges are non-refundable.
REFUND
Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
If you haven't received it, check with your bank or credit card company.
If still unresolved, contact us at service@blinghair.com.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you enjoyed free or discounted shipping, $10 will be deducted from your refund.
NO REASON RETURN AND REFUND
If returning without a quality issue, contact service@blinghair.com within 30 days. You must cover the shipping cost.

Do not refuse delivery—undelivered packages may be destroyed by the logistics company.

Items must remain intact and unused. We do not accept items that are used or washed.

Customized items cannot be returned once production starts (typically after 12 hours).
