30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will always try our best to meet the demands of all the customers. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at bling hair. If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email (service@blinghair.com) at first.

What does "returned in the original condition" mean?

This means the hair extensions have:

✓ Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored,  bleached or worn.

✓ Wig has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored,  bleached or worn
✓ Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.

Please Note: The Customized Service Wig Can't be Returned

Full Coverage Return & Exchange Policy:

If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;But customer need return the product to us and We will refund shipping fee of return to customer via PayPal;

Limited Coverage Return & Exchange Policy:


If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size ), the buyer should pay the freight.
General Return/Exchange Process


1. Initiate a return/exchange: when you return or exchange the goods, please E-mail us at service@blinghair.com and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return/exchange request.


2. Ship the item back: once your request is approved, an email with return/exchange address and instructions will be sent to you. Please initiate the return/exchange within 7 days after receiving the email. We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because bling hair will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.


3. Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

 

Please Note: Remote Area Surcharge is Non-Refundable

If a remote area surcharge is applied when placing your order, it means your address falls within a region where the courier charges an additional fee for delivery. This surcharge is collected by the courier, and we are unable to refund this amount in the event of a return. Thank you for your understanding.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
If you haven’t received the refund within 3-5 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@blinghair.com.

Please Note:
The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
Customers who choose free shipping on their orders will have a $10 shipping fee deducted from their refund.
Order Cancellation: We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.


1. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, You can cancel your order before your items delivery. And we will refund full of you money.

2. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the hair extension.Customized products (Color WIgs) do not accept returns for refunds.

3. For personalized/customized/special order items, any cancellations after 12 hrs will incur a corresponding material and processing fee.

Dispute and refund 

1.We do not accept disputes/chargeback/Retrieval Request  where customers have not contacted us

2.When our company encounters complaints and disputes, we provide the return and exchange policy .Please contact our Customer service at service@blinghair.com to get the return address

 Should I contact you before Return My Parcel?
Yeah,we will add notes to your order before package being returned, so please do not return the parcel before contacting us.For any returns, you must contact customer service department to confirm. and send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number, Once the returned package is received & inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer are responsible for the return shipping charge.

Kindly reminder: 

1.If you want to return it, Please keep the item in original condition, factory condition, as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. Items have been used or washed is not allowed to return any more.

2. Please check your items as soon as your received it, and email us within 30 days after you receive the product.

No Reason Return And Refund:

If you want to return an item without any quality problem for exchange within 30 days once it is received, please send an email to this email address with your order number return entitled: service@blinghair.com  we will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee . Return/refund for quality problem Please send us an email with your order number entitled if the item you received has any quality problem. such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.

Please note that we cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
